Virtual Therapists for Anxiety, Trauma, & Depression
We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for those suffering from Anxiety, Trauma, and Depression. We use CBT because it is scientifically proven to get results and teaches the clients to take control of their mental health challenges even when they aren’t in a counseling session.
We offer professional coaching and will be expanding in this area soon. While therapists help you with your mental health our professional coaching is meant to elevate your performance in a specific area. A prime example is using a coach to help with a career change or in achieving a promotion.
We offer services for behavior therapy that help clients who have learned a behavior that they want to change. It’s based on the idea that all behaviors are learned and that behaviors can be changed. This form of therapy looks to identify and help change potentially self-destructive or unhealthy behaviors.

Additional Counseling Services in Ohio
How is our team experienced in all of these areas? That seems like a lot. Oftentimes, we have customers come in with ideas of what they may want help with. Sometimes, these are areas that they identified on their own or because they found something on the internet or something that they have been dealing with while seeing another counselor and have decided that they didn’t like just listening to the theory behind the issue but wanted to take action. Whatever the case is, we are experienced in quite a few areas. Some of our clinicians have worked with end-of-life issues, drug addiction, family issues, children, and even emergency issues such as working with people committed to the hospital for an evaluation. When you come from major medical facilities, you quickly gather vast experiences. Our team just happened to have started out in fast-paced medical facilities and opted into private practice where they had more control over their schedules and can now enjoy spending time with their families.

How Do I Get Started
Click on the Book Initial Consult Button. It will take you to our portal. The fee for booking the initial consult is $35 and it can be paid with a credit card, debit card, HSA, or FSA card. You will then receive a scheduled initial consult invite and all of the mandatory documents that ideally are filled out before your initial consult. *You must have all of your documents filled out prior to any follow-up meetings. These documents are required by state regulations and if you are on insurance, it allows us to identify what your insurance covers and does not cover so that you are not surprised.
What Happens After The Initial Consult
After the Initial Consult, you will meet on a regular basis with your therapist. If you are a private pay client your session will be charged at a rate of $108. You sessions will be conducted through our portal the same way that the initial consult occurred.
If you are using insurance, we now accept Buckeye Health Plan, AmeriHealth, FrontPath Health Coalition and Aetna insurance which means that you still click on the book initial consult button but we may waive the $35 consult fee, we will review your insurance coverage and explain what benefits they cover, to include the frequency of visits you are entitled to and if you would have any copays due at the beginning of your future session so that there are no surprises. We want to maximize your benefits and ensure that you get the highest quality care possible.
